Agreement to Terms

Course Enrollment and Services

Registration

To enroll in our courses, you may be required to provide certain information and complete a registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Payment

Course fees are as stated on the Site at the time of enrollment. All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be provided during the enrollment process.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of course commencement. After this period, refunds may be granted at our discretion on a pro-rata basis, less any administrative fees. Some courses may have specific refund policies that will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

Course Materials

Course materials provided to enrolled students are for personal educational use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without our written consent.

User Submissions

Any information or content you submit to the Site, including inquiries, feedback, or course project work, may be used by us for any purpose, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUNAR-MAPLE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

No Employment or Career Guarantees

While our courses are designed to help you develop valuable skills, we make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, salary increases, or career advancement. Results depend on many factors including individual effort, prior experience, market conditions, and other variables beyond our control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lunar-maple and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by lunar-maple. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and lunar-maple concerning your use of the Site.
